  2. Prepare your content
    It is very important to prepare your content before speaking it out. Many times, it is noticed that the speaker forgets to communicate some of the important points. Thus, the main objective of a proper communication fails to get achieved. Time is also to be kept under consideration. Prepare your content in such a way that it can be delivered within the time limit you have with the listener. If you have a limited time, prepare your content in a detailed way. If you have unlimited time, concisely prepare your content. You may also speak in the form of points. However, keep in mind that you do not skip any important points.
  3. Language barrier
    Keep in mind that there no language barrier between the speaker and the listener. It may so happen that the listener has a problem in understanding your language. In such cases, you cannot establish proper communication. The listener won’t be able to make out an adequate reference to what you are speaking. While communicating, you must make sure that you don’t use ambiguous words. This would lead the listener in making out double meanings of what you intend to say. They might even get confused. Also, try to keep the words as simple as possible.
  4. Appropriate Content
    Only speak what is appropriate. This means that you should not include any information in your statement which is not required for the listener. If you include such statements, the listener might get bored out. They will start losing interest in what you want to say. Therefore, you must endeavor to remove any such information which is not appropriate for the user.
  5. Persuasive Communication
    You must communicate in such a way that it is appealing to the listener. You must speak in a manner that you can persuade the listener. This is one of the most important means of establishing proper communication. Your communication will be persuasive only when you speak what is relevant to the listener.
  6. Use soft words
    Communication can either be written or oral. If you are communicating through a medium of speech, you must keep in mind that the tone in your voice is very soft. You must neither speak very loudly nor too slowly. It must be proper. On the other hand, if you are communicating through written means, keep in mind that you do not use any strong word which is not appealing to the reader. If you are communicating through the means of video conferencing, keep in mind that there is a properly established connection.
  7. Be Confident
    The most important thing in establishing proper communication is to be confident while speaking. Your confidence depicts your hold upon the subject on which you are speaking. No one would want to listen to a person who himself is not confident in speaking what he intends to speak. Dress up well, prepare your content and start with your communication. Be confident and bold in whatever you are speaking.
  8. Be a good listener
    It is very important to listen to what the other party has to say. If you are not a good listener, you won’t be able to deliver an appropriate reply. Therefore, one needs to be a good listener. Let the other party finish with what he intends to speak. Think over it for some time. In case you need some more time, you can do so by just asking them to give you time to think. Draft a proper reply and deliver it. Therefore, you need to be a good listener.
